About

Yours truly, ft. my most recent public art project – a rat trap beautified for the Rat City Arts Festival

hello hello 👋

I’m Jillian (they/she), a Boston-based design strategist and graduate of Massachusetts College of Art and Design with a BFA in Industrial Design.

My experience spans innovation and service design across both the public and private sectors, in-house and consulting. I currently support the VA team at MO, a human-centered design focused government contractor. Previously, I was an Senior Envisioner at EPAM Continuum, a design and innovation firm, and a Design Strategist at Gensler. Before transitioning into consulting, I worked on in-house innovation and design teams at Blue Cross Blue Shield, Johnson & Johnson, Mercedes-Benz, and Fidelity Investments.

My skills include Design Thinking, UX/UI design, user research, storytelling, illustration, and brand design.

While design is my professional focus, my personal interests include crafting comics, hosting niche themed dinner parties, and organizing community art meetups.
